    Just read you progress report and life in Africa. Melvin looks fantastic next to the pyramids with a camel and rider in the picture. Annabel updates us on your progress and hear you recently stayed in a camp to avoid any possible trouble – a serious incident had been reported I hear. Always best to play safe as you are doing.

    We are all fine – Mark really enjoying his course and settled into a fantastic house in Jesmond, Newcastle.

    Keep safe and enjoy your adventure. Look forward to a Michael Palin type documentary over few beers when you both return.
